Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions for usage of the product(s) ("Product" or "Products") provided by Xeridox Entertainment ("XE"), which is the owner of Royalty Free Video Loops, to the buyer ("Buyer"). This agreement pertains to all Products, including Products provided free of charge.

Products created by XE may be used as an integrated part(s) of the Buyer's project(s) with the following restrictions:

* Resell and/or Redistribution -- The Product(s) may be resold and/or redistributed along with the Buyer's product(s) as long as the Buyer's product(s) is not any likeness to the Product(s) created by XE. For example, the Buyer's product(s) must not be more video loops. If the Buyer or any other party wishes to be a reseller for XE, please email support with details.

* Broadcast -- The Product(s) may be broadcast by any means of broadcasting, unless the intent to broadcast is used as a means of copying.

* Copying -- The Buyer may copy the Product as many times as needed for backup purposes. If the Buyer is a company, copies may be distributed among the employees, who are also bound by this agreement.

* Refund Policy -- Given the nature of the Products, refunds will be given by descretion of XE only.

XE may change any of the above terms at any time, at which a notification of changes will be made known temporarily on the home page of the website. Such changes will only effect Buyers who obtain a Product(s) after the date of the change.
